30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you’ll be responsible for shipping fees unless the item is damaged or defective. A $10 per-item restocking fee applies. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return the unwanted item and place a new order after your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
